Sustainable employment always has guidelines to follow that allow creative work within a framework of renewable resources. This should be common sense, because it keeps the flow of materials for the work to continue. Likewise, it also should have a steady flow of creative workers that have a loyal incentive within a larger framework to continue putting out the work.
In the United States the “larger framework” for any work in this nation (as a whole), is to allow families to build their lives within communities that have set guidelines of member conduct so the whole can work effectively together for all. The foundation of these guidelines are set forth in the United State’s Constitution and the laws that flow from it; of which every citizen is required to understand and pledge their allegiance.
Recently certain employers in the U.S. are putting the future of this country’s well being in jeopardy; when they put their profits ahead of sustainable employment by not requiring employees to become citizens of this country before they are hired. By allowing these people to take jobs in America, they are taking away from Americans whose family members have fought and died for the very foundation of this country’s freedom.
It is time for people to stand up and help the immigrants to become citizens, while telling those that will not comply to go back to their own country before ours is destroyed by not becoming a member of it.
